In October of last year, I decided to sell my home.  My husband had passed away in May and I wanted to move to Alaska to live near my son.  When my friends asked me, “Which agency are you planning to use to handle the sale of your home?”  My reply was “Miserlian Baker Real Estate”.  When asked why I had decided to choose Miserlian Baker Real Estate, I stated “because I know they will work hard for me”.  And they did.

As the selling of my home became a reality, Anne and Michael guided me, advised me, explained things, and at times baby sat my dog while I was working!  At no time, did I ever feel that things were out of control and I didn’t know what was going on.

Michael spent numerous hours working on minor repairs that needed to be done.  His work was professional, his demeanor always positive and uplifting.  After he was completed, I was thrilled at the results. 

Anne and Michael were more than Real Estate Agents, they became and still are my friends.  They made the selling of my home a positive experience!   I truly appreciated their efforts and their friendship.  I highly recommend Miserlian Baker Real Estate!  I am glad I had the opportunity to work with them.

We learned of Anne Baker by word of mouth in late June 2017. She & her business partner and husband, Michael Miserlian, showed us a number of homes in July [taking the time to drive us around to acquaint us with our prospective new town].

Within a month she found what we were looking for & in early September Anne was  waiting outside our new home to welcome us with a hug & hand over the keys to our new home.

She was great with my family members and explained everything to them in great detail. My son was particularly interested in the details of the sale and she included him in all of it.
